Please note that we spend most of our day sewing and designing which at times can make it hard to ALWAYS take your calls. Please leave us a detailed message with you name, date, order number and reason for calling and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
(Although we do our BEST to respond right away to all of our inquiries, it could take up to 24 hours to receive an answer. There are times that we do respond in the evenings and on the weekends if time permits. Please take note that any emails or phone calls received after 3 PM will usually be attended to the next business day.)
