How Long Will It Take For Me To Get My Order? TOP
At Miss Things Boutique, well allow YOU to be the designer. Since everything is custom made-to-order, your items generally take 2-3 weeks. Please make sure that you have included all details such as colors, sizing, or special instructions to avoid any delays. Be sure to check our Current Shipping Times Section on our front page for specific details.
***Please note that larger orders such as wholesale orders, Bridal Party Orders, Exclusive Design Services, and Group Buys do NOT fall within this time frame.***
Rush my order. What does that mean? TOP
Shipping times are subject to change as demand changes. During our busy seasons the shipping times may change before we get a chance to update the web pages. If you need your order by a certain date or just can't wait for it, we recommend you apply a rush option. "Rush" means the order gets moved up in production and does not affect shipping. Rush orders purchased on weekends, after hours (EST), or on holidays will be processed on the next business day and "Rush" times will start from then. As always, MTB strives to provide the best customer service. If you need an item by a certain date, please email us and we can let you know if you need to purchase Rush to ensure the item will make it. How do I care for my Petti? TOP
MTB pettiskirts are made from various materials that my be mixed depending on the order. As a result, we recommend washing your petti on gentle cycle with cold water. Tumble dry with low heat or hang to dry. Why does it take so long to get my order? TOP
Each order is hand made. When an order is placed the material may need to be ordered to complete your order. Depending on demand and material availability, orders stack up in processing. MTB does not maintain an inventory nor do we buy from another manufacturer like other "designers" around.
